Geocache Description:

The cache site land is level with easy access. Please replace the box in an upright position, so it won't get damp inside.

This ammo can cache is part of a string of Lewis and Clark caches from the southern to the northern borders of Nebraska and Iowa. This cache was placed with permission of the land owner and local help on the cache placement and lid contents. The town of Wynot is located close to the Missouri River just off the scenic highway that is an interesting drive up and down little hills with gorgeous views on the tops and pretty scenes in between. Wynot is known for fishing, hunting, and boating. It is a real outdoors kind of place with wildlife in abundance. This cache is part of the Shannon Trail. Be sure to ask for a sticker.

Update 8-21-2020:  Original cache owner, The Three Amigos, can no longer care for the cache.  Ownership was transferred from current caretaker, sdgal, to GeoJudt to keep it going for years to come.

Update 9-6-2020:  The original ammo can cache was removed when the area was redone. Cache has been changed to a pre-form tube to better fit into the environment. D/T and cache size listed was not changed as not to mess with cacher's stats.
