No special clothing required. Relatively easy to get to, but please tread carefully around the surrounding landscape.
This cache is now a green ammo box (which replaced a torn plastic container on 6-14-05). It holds a logbook and pen in a plastic bag and originally contained some small toys. There was no way of securing the cache to anything, so please be sure to replace the container back exactly where it was found. (It should be hidden from view, so that a passerby would not see it, unless they were specifically looking for it:) Although this is public land now, it was originally a 5-acre farm purchased in 1857.
