It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While
we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block
other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable
amount of time, we can't do so forever. Therefore we are archiving this
cache so that someone else can place a cache in the area and geocachers
can once again enjoy visiting this location. If you haven't done so

Geocache Description:

Altitude of 1031'. Fairly easy. Terrain is trail, a little bit grown up but very easy to follow. Wear jeans. This cache is not suitable for kids under 4 years old. Short walk.

turn into the alpine recreational area. start on the path marked foot path only. The cache is a 5 quart container. Hidden nicely about 100' away from path. Very little under growth. Walk path until you come to a wider path and turn right 25' or so you will see a very beautiful pond with natural pond lilies growing in it. Turn your GPS on to navigate. You should get it from there. This is my first cache. Contents will vary. It is a clear container with a white lid. The original contents include:

1. Log book and two ink pens.
2. Set of digital head phones
3. A coke cap for a free 20 oz. coke product
4. A long black zip tie
5. A small alarm clock with battery back up
6. Some kind of weird toy given to me by my dad. An electronic guard dog thingy I couldn’t figure it out. It is very ugly but cool toy.
