Located at the Vigo County Fairgrounds, near the 4H area.
Our first cache! We'll see how this goes.
The cache is in a rubbermaid container about 4 X 3 in size, with a white lid. It's located in the Vigo County fairgrouds. There are a few occasions where a fee is charged for parking (like during the fair after 5:00 pm, or during an occasional craft or antique show). If you don't wish to partake in these festivities, you can always park along the road behind the fairgrounds and walk in, or simply come back another time.
The cache includes:

sea shell
American flag pin
flashy blue ring
and of course, a log book and pencil

I've changed the co-ords a bit, after a couple of trips to the cache to see how far off the originals were. See if the new ones help.
