Interstate 81 Southbound Mt. Sidney Rest Area. A MOST EXCELLENT place to drop and retrieve bugs!
Location should become very obvious as you get near. Cache area is near the truckers, and everybody is doing their own thing, so nobody will pay much attention to you. Still, look around to see if anyone is watching before getting too close to the cache. Cache is a square, camouflage-painted, 4-quart Tupperware. See photos of cache container and original contents.
