This is my first attempt at a multi stage cache, so I’ll try to keep my clues fairly simple.
There are 2 stages to this cache. First you must find the “Decryption” cache. This is a small cache that will decrypt the Lat/Long numbers that I will provide for the latter part of the hunt, then you can move on to find the final cache.
This cache was set up while I was on rollerblades, so it can be done on foot, by bike, on blades, or even in your car (but that would take most of the fun out of it). Make sure to bring a pen and piece of paper to write down decrypted locations.
OK, let’s get going:
First, get on to the UBC campus, and head South on Westbrook Mall. Once you cross 16th Avenue, you begin going down hill. Follow the road, and turn right at:

As you head up the hill (South Campus Road), about 400 meters, there will be a dirt parking lot on your left (This is the UBC Farm). Park here.
Get out, and keep going up the road a bit on foot to:

This will put you at the gate of 6199 S. Campus Road (Don’t enter). From this location, without moving your feet, look around. There is only One Way to find the decryption key.
Once you have found the key, you can continue. First, write down the decryption key (I have only encrypted the last 3 digits of each of the Lat/Long locations).

Write down the address of the building at this location, and the posted speed limit on the fence. (**Note: Speed limit sign has been removed. Speed limit on sign was 15 KPH **)
Next continue along to (still encrypted)

You’ll see a red fire hydrant. On the back of it, at the bottom is a three digit number, write it down.
OK, almost there. To find the position of the final cache…
Take the Last digit of the address you wrote down, this is A
Take the First digit of the Speed Sign you wrote down, this is B
Take the Last digit of the Speed Sign, and subtract 1, this is C
Take the First digit from the Fire Hydrant, this is D
Take the Second digit from the Fire Hydrant, this is E
Take the Third digit from the Fire Hydrant, and subtract the First digit of the Address, this is F.
Your final location is a few feet west of:
49 14.ABC N
123 13.DEF W
(Note: This location does not require decryption)
