During the Broken
Arrow event, Dr Isotope attempted to dispatch Voss Piety due
to his belief in a better tomorrow. Voss survived the attack and
has set his sites on constructing this new world government.
Many people in influential positions share his view. To prove
this, pull out a 1 dollar bill. Reading the text below the pyramid
you will find "Novus Ordo Seclorum" meaning "New Order of the
Ages". However, "SECULAR", (the modern translation of "Seclorum"),
clearly means "Worldly" or "of the World" more than it means "of
the Ages" (See Dictionary.com definition of "SECULAR'). Want more

Voss now releases this cache in hopes of finding like-minded
cachers, who are able to solve this minor puzzle and find a new
world order.
The coordinates get you to the starting position, but
your first task will be to listen to the New World Order
CD’s. The CD's have been placed in local area caches, or you can
contact Soup directly for a clandestine dropoff.
Listen closely as the information you retrieve will be
scrambled. You must descramble by listening to the music in ORDER.
I suggest you listen to the entire compilation.
The listening ORDER can be determined by solving the simple
puzzle below. Each song is bound with a true Soviet Russian Ruler.
Determine the dates each ruler was in power. Then listen to the
songs from earliest date to latest date.
Once you determine the listening order, you will be able to
retrieve your instructions in the correct NEW ORDER. Go to the
starting coordinates and use these instructions to guide you to two
metal boxes. On the two metal boxes you will see white digits on
the face of each box. Locate the 5 white digit number on the
face of each box and work into the coordinate offset below.

Offset A=a-3, B=b+2, C=c+3, D=d-2, E=e-2

Right Box= v w x y z
Offset V=v+0, W=w-1, X=x+4, Y=y-1, Z=z-3
There is NO bushwhacking necessary. At the final coordinates,
you will find a small stand of 4 trees. Look behind them and under
the fallen wood. Container is very well hidden. Please ensure the
container is replaced in its well hidden location.
