Geocache Description:

Park at N 48 05.893 W 121 22.240 for a short but steep trail that will lead you to this beautiful waterfall.

From the trailhead 16.25 miles southeast of Darrington you may enjoy this short and steep trail that leads you down to a beautiful and wild waterfall view. To get to the trailhead take the Mountain Loop Highway to the fork at N 48 06.160 W 121 23.233. From here take the fork to the west and go up 1.1 miles on a single lane road that has a few potholes to the parking area.

As the snow melts from the top of Bedal Peak and the glacier on Sloan Peak the water flows through this narrow cataract to the valley below. Sit and feel the power and mist on your face. Enjoy.

A Northwest Forest Pass is required at the trailhead. The cache container is a medium sized Tupperware container. Please re-hide well. Please be aware of the steep drop off from the viewing platform and stay on the established trail.
