Located in a small park on the shores of Lake Huron. The cache is a green, 3 litre Rubbermaid container hidden on a hill overlooking the lake. The park is open all year although the short access road may not be plowed in winter. The park is dog friendly, has the usual facilities and there's a boat launch.
When we moved to this area we were amused by the fact that the two dips in Lakeshore Road, close to this cache, merited steep hill signs but we soon discovered that hills of any sort are rare in this part of the country. The cache is located on one of them so getting to it involves a short climb. Take the access road to the Glen off Lakeshore Road and park by the yellow gates at N43° 06.018 W 82°07.085. Follow the old road towards the beach until you get to N43° 06.000 W 82° 07.141. Then take the trail up the hill which will take you to the cache.
