Just a short walk through a small meadow, with some interesting views. Sorry no dogs allowed.
This is quite a pretty little spot, with lots of wild flowers and butterflies, just a little on the noisy side. It is close enough for the children of class 2 to be able to keep a watch out and regularly read the log book.
The children will be using geocaching this year to help them with IT and geography and will be tracking some travel bugs.
Whilst hiding the cache we noticed a buzzard flying over our heads and one little boy found a buzzard's feather. Surprisingly, deer can often be seen here, if you're quiet.
