Geocache Description:

Enjoy some light caching in the »Library Garden« at Copenhagen Centre.

Nyd lidt let caching i »Bibliotekshaven« i Københavns centrum.

Bibliotekshaven is a nice and quiet breathing-hole in the centre of the pulsating metropolis. One can imagine the philosopher Kierkegaard – of whom a statue can be found in the garden – enjoy the place spending long hours here doing existentialistic thought-thinking.

Find the cache and enjoy all the nice flowers (especially during the summer season) around Mogens Møller's 25 ft tall unique copper sculpture which also is a fountain – with fish in it. At striking of the hour the fountain rises extra.

Bibliotekshaven is situated on Slotsholmen between Det kgl. Bibliotek and Christiansborg Slot – close to the harbour, the central administration, Børsen and Tøjhusmuseet. Admittance from both Rigsdagsgården by Christiansborg and from Christians Brygge at the waterfront.

Please note: Bibliotekshaven is open daily from 6 am. to 10 pm.

The actual cache is placed by the coordinates N55° 40.(a)(b)(c)' E012° 34.(d)(e)(f)' which will lead you to a certain tree. The cache is to be found apx. 4-5 m SW of the spot the coordinates point at. SAT-reception near the cache can not be rated as good.

Update as of October 15, 2006: Third reincarnation of the cache is a 35mm Film Cannister in a black bag of cloth like its predecessor. Contents: Log book and a pencil (do not remove).

Before you'll be able to find the cache – of course you can always try without ... – you must study the equestrian statue of King Frederik VII (founder of the Danish constitution) in front of Christiansborg Slot and find a small plate containing text and numbers. Here you'll find the information required to solve the following elementary math problems:

(a) = First number in line 2 minus 1844.
(b) = Second number in line 3 minus 1907.
(c) = The number in line 5 minus 1872.
(d) = The number in line 1 plus 1.
(e) = Second number in line 2 minus 1858.
(f) = First number in line 4 minus 1794.

When you search for the cache please do it with the utmost discretion, as the place often will be well visited.

Do not publish coordinate- or spoiler information or spoiler images.

Enjoy caching ...

Her finder du de nødvendige oplysninger for at løse nedenstående små elementære regnestykker:

(a) = Første tal i linie 2 minus 1844.
(b) = Andet tal i linie 3 minus 1907.
(c) = Tallet i line 5 minus 1872.
(d) = Tallet i linie 1 plus 1.
(e) = Andet tal i linie 2 minus 1858.
(f) = Første tal i linie 4 minus 1794.
