This cache is just a few feet from Highway 395 on the grounds of the State Capitol.
You’re going to have to be very stealthy to avoid being seen working this cache.
Cache container is an infamous magnetic hide-a-key stash-box. That should tell you that’s it’s attached to something it will stick to.
Because of its size, it is intended to be a “log only” cache.
Because of the dense tree canopy that surrounds the Capitol, in addition to the many buildings, GPS reception is going to be sketchy, especially during the spring and summer months. As I usually do, I took 7 waypoints when I placed the cache. Four of the latitudes were the same. None of the longitudes were the same. Please, add corrected coord’s when you log in. Make sure you bring the hint.
We've started a forum for geocachers in this part of the Silver State and California.
