Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the west side of the Temblor mountain range above the Carrizo Plains off the Elkhorn Rd. You will need 4WD to get within a reasonable distance (2-3 mile difficult hike if you don't drive) and if it even looks like it's going to rain DO NOT try this cache. Watch out for the Yucca plants! The road to the cache is on the south side of the fence line. It's the only logical road to take.

This cache is made of a 12"x4.5" black PVC pipe with a cap on one end and a screw top on the other. It is not necessary to remove the cache from its hiding spot to access the contents, just unscrew the cap and don't tighten it too tight.

The Original Contents Include the Following Items:
-Metal slinky
-Two eggs of silly putty
-A Phillips screwdriver
-A Standard screwdriver
-A cheapy compass
-1:48 scale VW Bug
-Mini Fan w/out batteries
-Hair holders
-Plastic snake
-Hot wheels race car
-Magnetic retrieval tool

And of course, the logbook and pen.

Due to the difficulty level of this cache and its remote location please do not leave your spare change, rocks, etc. If you take something leave something of equal or greater value. Thanks.
