Geocache Description:

To find this cache you have to make a nice walk (about 4 km) through the forest behind the dunes of "De Haan". After you have found it, a refreshing walk near the coastline (almost 2 km) back to the village is an extra reward.

The cache is hidden at N°AA CC.EEE and E°BB DD.FFF
To find the figures behind these letters you have to check 6 waypoints. The coordinates of the points are listed below together with a short description of the place. On each of these places look for a small aluminium tag with "GC" together with one part of the cache coordinates (e.g. AA=51).
No puzzles or riddles (I know you love them but this cache is made during a summer weekend and I found this fine cache box on a jumble sale in De Haan so ...). Just trees, sand, shells, sea wind so it stays a nice walk for the whole family. "You must use your brain if you can't use your brawn" ... doesn't work in this case because the important last part of the coordinate is not kept for the last waypoint.
There is a rather big parking area at N°51 16.758 E°03 02.030 where you can leave your car.

Waypoint 1: N°51 16.740 E°03 02.396
"The forest edge. Off we go !"
Look close to the ground on the “Waters en Bossen”

Waypoint 2: N°51 16.722 E°03 02.618
"Her we cross the railway (Kusttram) and the road" (You know to be careful but I repeat it anyway)
Look on the wooden corner post leaving the forest

Waypoint 3: N°51 16.742 E°03 02.781
"That's a strange looking fir tree (Pinus Sylvestris) at about 20m behind the concrete block"
Look on the fence pole near this tree

Waypoint 4: N°51 17.057 E°03 03.100
"A panel with some information and a map"
Look high and dry

Waypoint 5: N°51 17.238 E°03 03.472
"A large open space"
Go to the two rather small trees (diameter about 6 and 10 cm) and in a circle of 7 steps there are no other trees. Look very close to the ground

Waypoint 6: N°51 17.305 E°03 03.273
"about 54 steps above sealevel"
Look on the wooden fence before you go up

The cache :
Leave the obvious trail to descend towards the road. The cache area is a small open place where you will find a small pole (less then 10 cm above the surface) with a "GC" tag. Remove the sand (no shovel needed) of the “flat area” in front of this pole to grab the box.

To return :
Go to sea and on your left-hand side you see De Haan.
