ACROPHOBIA WARNING BELOW.
I love old historic structures that are preserved for generations, rather than torn down in the name of progress. Here is one such structure, the tippy top cupola of the historic city hall. Your mission is how to get up close.
Please forgive me for making this a virtual location, but I'm sure you'll understand the difficulty in doing a physical placement in such an airy structure.
TO LOG THIS CACHE, find the Graffiti Cartoon some lunatic has managed to place on a cupola balustrade. E-mail two words in a word balloon, and post your find on the cache page.
No fair using binoculars from the ground. Not recommended for young children; if you choose to expose them to danger, for heavens sake, hold tightly on to their hand. If you yourself have a fear of heights, maybe now is the time to get over it.
City metered parking is located nearby; bring a little coin to be legal. This is a public facility, but after hours law enforcement will give scrutiny if you are hanging around.
