Geocache Description:

A simple, short cache that is good for beginners or little ones. There used to be a tree-swing farther down the trail, but it’s gone now. Total round-trip walking distance is about 1/4 mile.

This cache is very close to a well-traveled four-wheeler trail. If you continue on down the trail, you will reach a location where there used to be a tree with a rope-swing. It looks like the tree literally came down. We’re not sure if it was a weather or weight-related occurrence!

Here is how you find it after arriving in Pine Valley, Utah:

Drive West from the White Church
Drive South on Lloyd Canyon Drive
The four-wheeler trail begins at these coordinates:

Park respectfully and head out on foot... veer right at the major fork in the trail
Don't leave the trail until you have walked 415 feet from the road. This will keep you out of the branches, brambles and briars.

Remember this is the wilderness… Watch for desert critters, snakes, stingers, crawlers, etc.
(We had a small rattlesnake cross our nearby driveway last summer)
