Geocache Description:

Are you the one?

The search continues…

Leaders are emerging...

Will it be you?

This is the Sixth cache within the “Are You THE ONE?” series.

The cache container is a regular sized .30 ammo can.

While placing this cache, we used three different GPSr's, but only one unit could get a lock (my Magellan Sportrak Color for those that care). I guess that says some good things about the quad helix antenna. I'm not sure how perfect the coordinates are, though I did spend a bit of time allowing the GPS to average. The coordinates should still easily get you within 50 feet. Because of this though, I am including photo clues for you to look at. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTO CLUES! I don't want anybody to go out there and have to log a DNF because their GPS didn't work. With the photo clues, it should be no problem.

The cache is located near Nehalem Falls Campground. This is a truly incredibly beautiful area that I am sure you will enjoy. If you have the time, take a day or two and go camping here as well. It is very reasonably priced 'first come - first served' campground. I highly recommend the 'walk in' area, these spots are only $5 a night, while the drive in spots are $10 a night. My Pacific Northwest camping book rates it as a 10/10 for overall scenery. You don't need to get a spot to find this cache though. There is a day use area where you can park just outside the campground. There are two sets of falls on this section of the river and some pretty cool rocks to climb on near the riverside.

To find the cache, follow your GPS... :) and if that fails, then find the walking 'loop' trail inside the campground and follow it around. The loop is about 1/2 mile total. About halfway around the parking area, you will find the trailhead to this 'loop' trail that will take you to a cool looking wooden bench. Have a seat on this bench and look towards the river. From here you can see the area where the cache is placed. You should see a stump that looks like this. The cache is placed near this stump.

There was a very interesting spoon nearby when I placed this cache, so in honor of that, I have named this cache after it. And what do you know... it still maintains the Matrix theme. :)

Matrix - "Do not try to bend the spoon, that's impossible. Instead only try to realize the truth... There is no spoon... Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself."

When you find the cache, you will need to pay close attention to a grid printed on the lid of the cache. DO NOT REMOVE this grid from the cache .

Pay attention to the EXACT location of the numbers on this grid. You will probably want to make yourself a sketch of the position of each number for later use.

**To determine the final cache location (and prove that you are THE ONE), you will need to find the location of each cache in this series and then solve the final puzzle. Each cache will vary in type, size, design and location.**

If you’re interested, here is a link for the awesome teaser that fractal created for this cache series.

You may need to download the free version of this divx codec to view the trailer.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO VIEW THIS TEASER TO FIND THIS CACHE!!!
