The cache is located within Sampson State Park. There is a $7 fee to enter the park.
The coordinates above will take you to the start of a trail. From there you need to follow the reflective path. Be sure to bring a headlamp or some other flashlight. The cache is a 50-cal ammo box.
Please note that the park closes after dark. If you are not camping there, you should be able to find this one at dusk - unless, of course, you get sidetracked watching the beautiful sunset over Seneca Lake.
The trail is designed to follow a relatively flat path, but there are some steep areas nearby. Please use caution/good judgement. If you choose to go after this cache, you do so at your own risk.
