Geocache Description:

Park at N39 58.281 W104 47.365 then procede to N39 58.333 W104 47.333!

Regarding the "Privite Drive" sign:

I talked to the local police, they have no problem with the cache just so we don't destroy anything. They told me to talk with the neighbors, which I did, they had no issues, please just be respectful of their land (which is on the West side of the dirt road). Basically, go in for the cache then leave, don't take anything (other than cache items) and don't break/destroy stuff! Also, be careful, these are OLD buildings, so if you go in them, you do so at your own risk.

This is a two step cache. First you need to find the ziplock with the clue to the main cache. From N39 58.333 W104 47.333 you will need to find the ladder that goes up the big silo. Watch out for the dead rabbit at the base of the ladder, if you see it, you are close! You don't need to climb the ladder, but the first stage is above you (and above the rabbit). The encrypted hint has more detail if you cannot find the first leg. Also the encyrpted hint has the solution to the second leg...so only decrypt what you need, they are laballed for your convenience!
