waters getting this one.............it's far enough from the
waters edge to stay safe. That darn lake won't take this
cache prisioner ......it will be safe and sound and ready for
you no matter what level the lake is at!

There are a few different ways in. When
the creek is dry our suggested way is this:
Look for a short dirt road that leads to a
lone picnic table in the vicinity of the cache area. This short
dirt road is off a paved road; and there is a dumpster beside it.
Park your car in the near by paved parking area and then take a
short walk to the lone picnic table. The trail head we use is right
pasted the picnic table.
WHEN THE CREEK IS UP (or if someone is
occupying the picnic area):
The new alternate route is from the North
side. The other route (by the picnic table) is definitely the
better way to go if you can handle the creek crossing. This
alternate way is a little rowdier; but there is no water to cross.
There is a road a little further North (from the original route)
that goes down to a newly flooded area that has a nice view of the
twin bridges. Park there and look to the left for and old set of
concrete steps with a metal railing...cross over the steps and just
head off in the woods to find the cache.
Very important: Please be careful to re-place
the cache exactely as found.
Be careful out there and Have FUN!
