This cache is third in our Gate series of caches. This cache is located less than 500 feet from the parking area at Foothill Park. You can access this cache from Corriganville trails if so inclined
Foothill Park is a great little used park, however, being a Geologist I just can’t place a cache and dash type of cache in a park. You will almost always get to hike or ride a short distance into the hills looking for a Trogdor!!! cache. The additional reward for the short hike up the hill is a great westward view of Simi Valley. These rocks see a lot of traffic from late-night party types, so please help with a bit of cache in trash out if you can. As always, please poke around with a stick before reaching in to grab this camoed ammo can. As compared to our other caches, the hide is similar to Lower Stagecoach, with a shorter but more technical hike than North Ridge Trail.
