Geocache Description:

This cache is above a little-known lake at Mammoth Mountain

This is one of our favorite spots, and isn't used very heavily at all. Great spot for dogs who like water, and there are several great bike trails that go through here.

When placed, the cache contained the following:

Nutty Elephant Travel Bug
Some stuffed animals
A rose quartz marble
Waterproof Matches
1 rabbit suncatcher
1 bat/cat suncatcher
1 carrot shaped spoon rest
A disposable camera
3 dollars worth of stamps
Logbook and Pencil

The turn-off to the road is at N 37 39.050 W 119 02.585.
Park at N 37 38.435 W 119 03.338.

The easy way to the cache is along the ridge. If you want something a little harder, go straight up the ridge.
