Gains about 1000 ft but there are switchbacks to make it fairly gradual
This cache is on the Mid-Columbine Trail. Park at N. 38.47.685 W.104.52.761. and stay on the trail. The switchbacks will have you moving away from the cache sometimes. Didn't time the way up but it only took 20 minutes to get back to the car.. The alternate route may be somewhat easier Park at N.38 47.855 W.104 53.158 and hike down to the main trail intersection at N.38 47.685 W.104 53.174 keep right to the cache. Take the alternate route on icy or snowy winter days for safety.
