The Southaven State Park - location of the 2003 Cache Event- an additional cache to keep you coming back.
It's a short hike on this one - added to keep the interest up in this great park, and reward the cachers who appeared 9/27/03. Brought to you by the mad Mayhem Crew Cachers, here's "Celtic Beastie I". (If you saw the cache box before placement, you know why it's call that!). Not in your usual hide, this might prove tricky if you go in with a swelled head.
The cache is an ammo can containing: Logbook and pencil (with a special FTF in the ziplock with it), flashlight, two decks of playing cards, carabiner clip, a couple of homies, and other typical items. The cache also has a special - a TB near and dear to Snikit's heart. "Childhood" is looking to return to the past; please help him on his way. And as you come in contact with him, please sign his passport (courtesy of the Texas Geocachers website). Let the caching begin!
