I am rating this as a 2.5 because of the amount of walking involved and type of trails.
You will be entering a National Monument and there is a $5.00 charge to enter. So pack a lunch and bring the family. You can also camp at the park and during the winter when you can't drive through the park due to snow you can snowshoe in or cross-country ski to the caches. This is a Multi Virtual Cache. Just a heads up bring flashlights for everyone.
