Geocache Description:

Nice easy hike to the larger of twin lakes.

One and 9/10ths of this hike is on dirt road. The last 4/10ths of the way in is a easy trail with just one short uphill grade. The rest is just a pleasant stroll through the woods to a hidden lake. The autumn colors made this a very enjoyable walk. The robins were enjoying the elderberrys and the chipmunks and squirrels were out gathering for the winter weather. Along the roadside we saw a whiteheaded woodpecker. CCmin enjoyed the lake view while I hid the cache then I enjoyed it while she searched for the cache for a trial run. Fish were jumping (no fishing allowed here) and frogs croaking. On the way back we came across a couple of grouse and then a black bear cub. Now it is your turn to enjoy the adventure.
