This is a three part Multi-Cache. It is a fairly short walk on easy terrain. No calculator is required. The final is a regular cache with stuff in it. This cache is near benchmark LC1322. Please follow all benchmark guidelines if you look for it. Also, this park is close to downtown, the RiverPlex & the Pimiteoui Trail. There is always a lot of traffic, descretion is essential.
The given coordinates lead to a micro-cache. Find it to get the coordinates for the second step. Enjoy the view, but don't fall.
To get to the final cache site, find the last number of the year that N.J. ratified the Bill of Rights (Not the year N.J. was ratified as a state - This number would put you in the river). Plug that value into these coordinates:
