Wis Kid: As this cache has exceeded the limits for temporary disabled caches, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. WAIT... Read the MAINTENANCE info in the log May 14, 2009. WAIT FOR AN ALL CLEAR BEFORE LOOKING FOR THIS ONE.
HEY HEY. We're (NO WE"RE NOT) back up and running. Having the 100' tree fall that our cache was hidden in set us back a few days, but everything is all set to go. Funny thing was, geocachers were nearby looking for the cache. What an easy find! Can you imagine the sound??!! Be sure to read Willie's log on Sept 6, 2004!! :-) It's a good one!

Outer Limit Woods; Edition 2, is such named because we had to move our original cache location, due to the tree falling where the original cache was hidden, and some clearing activity in the woods where the initial cache was placed. When we made this multi-stage cache in October 2003, it was three stages long. This is now a TWO stage cache.The first micro is just off a walking trail on a hill that is sometimes slippery. Watch for MUGGLES when doing this stage. Otherwise, enjoy the walk. We have seen deer and red fox in these woods, so keep your eyes open for a real treat.
"Outer Limit Woods" is what we consider a good size woods, on the outer edge of town. There are many walking , biking, and cross country ski trails here. The micro is a film canister, and the final cache is an ammo box.
The original cache contained the following items.
One logbook and pencil
A three pack of Pentel 0.5 mm mechanical pencil
Flat style Master lock (with directions to set combination)
"Aged to Perfection" button
2 Pk AA batteries
Clip lanyard
Set of furniture casters
Yoyo, small ball, and a Sesame St. Big Bird
"Trollen, the Fishing Troll" travel bug.
