Geocache Description:

Park just off the main road at 56o 04.541N 004o 46.345W (please dont park in the wrong place or you'll get shot literally. You'll see what we mean when you're there.)Vehicles travel at speed along this road please be careful. The path is easy to start with then gets a bit wet! Good footwear...as in wellies or boots required.

We hope you enjoy this quiet peaceful spot.
Many years ago before the dam was built people brought their cattle to graze on the lush grass fopr the summer. Returning to the coast during the winter months.
The ruins of their dwellings are still here further up the glen.Perhaps their spirits are too.

Life wasn't quite so hectic then.

If you're really fit keep going all the way to Glen Luss..10k. in one direction. Its a good day out there and back through a very tranquil Glen teeming with wildlife and atmosphere.
