Magnificent mountain with old fire tower. This is a steep and
remote climb. You will likely have the whole mountain to yourself.
This is for the adventurous!
From West Mt. Kennebago you can see views of Maine, New Hampshire
and Quebec. The quiet here is perfect. The cache started with hand
warmers, a Euro dime, a pencil and a log book. If you want to leave
a travel bug, please be sure to ask the owner first as this is not
going to be visited often! The cache is in an obvious place. Note:
This cache will be difficult to find after it's covered with snow.
It will be even more difficult to get near the cache. Don't expect
the roads to be plowed.
