This is a multi-step puzzle cache. It is a blend of some of our favorite caches, plus a twist of our own.
Steps to the final treasure are as follows:
Step 1: Complete the micro-cache "When the Lights Go Out" in Fredericksburg, VA. Copy the clue and sign the log. "When the Lights Go Out" is best done between dusk and dawn.
Step 2: The clue in the micro-cache will translate into coordinates of the final cache location. The coordinates will be in DD MM.MMM format. Your task is to determine the encryption method.
Step 3: Proceed to the final cache location. The inside of the cache is about 4x5x8 inches. It is hidden by disguise rather than concealment. Take careful note of how you extract the cache so you can return everything exactly as you found it to preserve the challenge. Please no spoilers in the logs!
This cache location can be busy at times, so take care not to be seen while accessing the cache. Please be sure to re-hide the cache carefully. As in many off trail caches, watch out for ivy, thorns, snakes, and especially spiders.
