Geocache Description:

This Cache is located on the outskirts of the SUNY Geneseo campus. Campus land is open to the public. Terrain is pretty easy and the cache hiding spot is easy - moderate.

Janet and I thought the Gazebo here was perfect for a wedding.

Since most of the parking on campus is by permit only, you can find parking at N 42º 47.337 W 077º 49.318 without having to worry about a having a permit or getting a ticket.

A good entrance to the area and some interesting information about plant life can be found at N 42º 47.423 W 077º 49.364

Cache is a round time capsule. There are items to trade and a log book. Since the cache is small bring small items to trade.

We ask that if you take an item, please leave an item of the same value and replace things as you found them, as the college students are very fond of this area. So if you don't put things back as they were it makes it easy for them to steal(mugle) it and we don't want that again.

You can use the same coords as before but the cache is a few feet away from the original resting place. We hope you enjoy the hunt and scenary!
