Wildwood Metropark. Red trail. Flat typical park trail.
This is such a huge park with such great views, no wonder it is the most visited park in the wonderful Toledo Metropark system. If you don't know it already this part of Ohio is mostly flat, boring corn fields. The Metroparks are the exception. Some of them have actual hills and ravines, canals, ponds and wet lands with boardwalks, and LOTS of trees to give your gps lots of problems. Hunt the caches in this park and see a little of all of this. This is a small plastic former peanut butter jar, with room for a small TB, but not much else. Sorry, this is a big park but spaces near the trails are limited so I needed to put in another small box. Come here and see the Manor House at Christmas time. Fantastic.
