Margaret & Herald Traditional Cache
cache-shoes: This one is always going missing in action due to the high traffic in the area and the hiding spot so close to the trail. I live a fair distance away as well and can no longer maintain it so it has been archived.

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
Park your car at the following co-ordinates: N50 47.351 W119 12.387. Once you reach the actual cache co-ords, please note that it won't be necessary for you to step off the path more than one or two steps to retrieve the container. This is a fragile ecological environment and there are posted signs to stay within the path boundaries.
This is a pretty little walk along Reinecker Creek which flows into Shuswap Lake. The path is suitable for all ages and won't be any problem at all for pushing a stroller. If you're adventurous, and you don't mind an icy blast of cold water, there's a cave big enough for 2 or 3 people that's accessible - you'll be able to see it from the little wooden bridge.
Original contents in a standard tupperware container are: "GPS" sticker, "GEO" sticker, travel alarm clock, pen, calculator, set of paper clips, bookmark, pen & pencil set, plus the log book and pencils.
November 11th/2003....NOTE.....We went back to this cache today just to check on the co-ordinates we originally posted, and we found they may be slightly off as suggested by the cachers who've been here, however all cachers found the cache so all is good . As is normal when under tree canopies or in areas where there's lots of towering rocks on all sides, the GPS signal can be weak and sometimes the co-ords bounce all over the place - I suspect this is the problem here and you may have to use the spoiler clue. Happy hunting!!
