Along a well used trail system near Grants Pass. No extreme
climbing or brush crashing is needed.
This is the second cache from the Rogue Valley "Pizza Event" that
was won as a prize. It is a large Mean Green ammo can that is
hidden along a well used trail system near Grants Pass. We had a
difficult time deciding where to hide this cache until one of our
good friends "almost requested" another cache in this area. I think
what made up my mind was when he called me a dirty name when I
suggested putting another one in this area. To find the "mean" stay
on COURSE and go past the "green". Its just off the trail so no
real brush crashing is needed. For our out of town friends the best
access to this and other caches in the area is off of 238. Just use
your ESPey (road) to find the trial head and parking area. As I
said this trail system is well used so please use caution finding
and rehiding this cache. Anyone logging this cache prior to the
next pizza event will have their name put in for a drawing for the
next cache to be awarded. The signal in the area was bouncing
around some when I hid the cache. I know you skills as a geocacher
will let you find this one even if the coordinates are a little
off.
