Geocache Description:

The trail system to get you to this cache is easy and very well maintained. However, the point that the cache is hidden is not so easy.

UPDATE 11-JULY-2011: Fellow cachers.. your looking for an AMMO Can. The Cords bounce around a lot. Trust me, for some reason we get different results each time we go out..This is one of Oki's older caches, it was placed by the cacher who held the first Geo-event as well.. If you have good cords, and think they will stay.. place them in your log.. cachers be-aware --- you will have to climb!..IronMan Style! This cache was created by one of the HQs Bn 3MARDIV SGTMAJ "IRON-MAN USMC" Proudly adopted by TEAM CALTROP on 11 JULY 2009 Updated 10 July 2009: AMMO CAN 1. Freshly painted ammo can Original text from original owner: 2. loaded with SWAG 3. has Geo Coin case holder We parked at the following location, N26 25.849 E127 46.837. There are multiple ways of getting on the trail from there, you'll see. Hike the trail (which is very easy) to N 26 25.905 E127 46.949. There will be a house on your left, please be respectful. At this point, if you go left and down the hill, you will see the Yamada Stone Bridge. It's hard to believe this ancient bridge was made by hand. If you go to the right, you will take the path to the cache. As you walk the trail, you'll see many caves on the right. It may be tough for your GPS to pick-up because of the tree cover and your in a small valley. The cache is on the top of a hill about 30 feet high. Coords should be good because there was NO tree cover when I took the coords. The climb is almost straight up. Don't take the kids up on this portion. This is the only reason I didn't list this as a 1 to 1.5 for difficulty. The cache will be next to some sticker vines in the open (since you can't see it from below). After you find the cache, continue to walk the trail for about 30 minutes. It ends at a tower that over looks the island. If you got beat up on the climb to the cache, this will make up for it! The coords to the tower are N26 25.293 E127 47.302 GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN
