First in a series of three Picture Perfect caches.This is not your average "take something and leave something" cache. We are trying to give cachers an opportunity to try something a little bit different. The idea is not original to us, but we haven't seen a similar cache around this area.Here's the plan: Find the cache as usual. There is nothing to trade, and no traditional log book. Inside the cache is a sketchbook and 24 colored pencils. Find a place to sit down and draw what you see around you. Feel free to move around a little bit. Pick any angle you'd like to draw, and be as creative as you want to be. Please don't think you have to be a world-class artist to sketch in the book. Do you have an Impressionist style or Contemporary style? Whatever you come up with is fine.Occasionally, we will retrieve the cache and scan in the sketches and put them in the gallery for all to see. Your "log" at the cache will be your sketch with your geoname and date at the bottom. Mr. 4BOWS tried his hand at a sketch of one of the many views available from the site. Check it out in the gallery.Ok, go out there, and be creative. Plan on spending a little more time at the site than you would at a traditional cache. And most of all, have fun!
