You're looking for a six-inch square Rubbermaid bowl painted dark brown. If you find yourself climbing fences, crossing fairways or on Sibley Learning Center property, rethink your route.
Surrounded by baseball, softball and soccer fields and a golf course is an unimproved, mesquite-covered area right in the city limits of Midland. I've traipsed over it for years with my dogs and kids (on a proper leash, of course) and observed a variety of wildlife. I've also watched it dwindle in size as park facilities grew. So hurry and enjoy it while you can.
