WAYPOINT ONE
The 1st waypoint is at the posted coordinates Once you're there,
locate the nearest awning. Note the 4-digit number on the awning,
which we'll call ABCD.
Derive the 2nd waypoint by adding or subtracting numbers in ABCD
from the decimal part of the 1st waypoint.
N 34 05.458 - .CCD
W 118 22.284 + .CDD
You will get a new set of coordinates south and west of the
original ones that are also the location of the 2nd waypoint.
WAYPOINT TWO
At the 2nd waypoint, look for the large blue letter "A" or green
letter "B". Near there, you'll find a smaller site number. Note the
site number as UVWXYZ.
CACHE
Derive the coordinates for the cache by subtracting a number
from decimal portion of the 2nd waypoint.
Calculate R (a two-digit number) by summing U + V + W + X + Y +
Z in the site number and dividing the result by 2.
The north coordinate of the cache is the same as the NORTH
coordinate in waypoint 2.
Derive the west coordinate of the cache by subtracting R from
the decimal portion of the WEST coordinate in waypoint 2.
You'll get cache coordinates which are east of waypoint 2.
The cache is log-only micro. Please bring your own writing
implement. It is very important that you return the cache to the
EXACT position you found it.
