This cache has been approved by Duane Randall, Director, Vinton
P&R.
The cache is only a slip of paper, bringing your own pen would be
advisable. Look in the flowerbed next to the park sign. This park
is very small and you can be easily viewed, please try to be
descret when logging this cache.
Never used a 'container' like this, not sure how well it will work
out. Time will tell.
