Geocache Description:

A short walk off of Williamsburg Road near Traverse City

Captain Smith exonerated!! It wasn't the iceberg at all!!

After ninety-one years Yermamma been Maudlin has chosen to tell what really happened. Al Quacka agents, principally Yergrandpa been Maudlin, were responsible for sinking the Titanic. Being ducks, naturally they all survived and didn't require rescue by the Carpathia and thus their presence was not previously noted.

Finders of this cache are to exchange only genuine Titanic artifacts (of course, who is going to know!?). Unlike for Mr. Ballard and his search this should be an easy find. There are probably a number of ways to approach the cache - one place to park would be at N 44 42.001, W 085 24.454. Other Al Quacka sites are nearby.

Click on the image above to learn more about the Titanic. If you have a deep sea submersible, you can hunt for artifacts at about N 41 46, W 050 14. Have fun!
