Geocache Description:

500' walk in past yellow gate of many locks, locked to vehicles, but OK for ortho-grade folks as this is public terra firma. Easy walk, slight uphill grade.

This exact spot was first discovered by Pounce Onde Lyon, a Spanish explorer in search of a legendary Tapioca mine. He first came upon this outcropping of Stonehenge type rocks in the year 1512, but was not successful in locating the aforementioned mine, so settled down and grew grapes and opened his winery to the public for tastings and retail sales. This place seems to take on a mystical air as you wander among the the Blue Oak and many rocks. The view of the valley floor and small creek nearby should shed away any stress you may have brought in. The cache is a regular Bulgarian Marine-grade standard issue film container that holds a log sheet and for the first visitor, your choice of one of two very, very old tokens.I took no extra effort in placing the cache and did not disguise it in any way, just wanted to bring you out here for the amby-ants. Flat rock bench nearby is waiting for you to break out your wine, cheeze and apples. Bring your field glasses and enjoy the great view. Warmer weather should bring out some of our slithery friends, so be aware!
