A very "civilized" cache!
You are seeking a small camouflaged container with a logsheet inside. Please bring your own writing utensil.
This is a beautiful park in the heart of Melbourne. It has a paved figure 8 walking path around 2 wonderfully clear ponds that provide homes and feeding grounds for a multitude of waterfowl. There were ducks (wild and domestic), geese, wading birds (egrets, herons, ibis'), seagulls, pigeons, and songbirds everywhere the day I placed this cache. Bring some stale bread and take time to feed the birds while you cache. Leashed dogs are welcome at this park, but remember to "pick up" after your canine. There are covered picnic areas, fountains in the pond, and benches strategically located around the ponds.
Park hours are from sunrise to 10 p.m.
