Introduction:
"The public fountains
in the city of Lisboa were not merely running water. They were,
above all, places to pause and ponder. Close by one could see both
old people warming themselves in the sun and children in the
colourful spectacle of their play. In the water that flowed from
each public fountain the history of a street, a quarter, a whole
city was told."
The complete text I've prepared, can be read

The hunt:
With this cache, I wanted to heat your feet
and your head. Have fun!
This cache was a regular one but, after 4
successful visits, it disappeared. I converted it to "virtual".
Read the new instructions to find it.
New instructions:
To log this cache as a find,
you'll have to visit all the spots, collect the information and
make the calculations.
With the result, you'll
get to the final spot and note the numbers in the 3 public lamps
around the exact coordinates place (in a radius of less than 10
metres) The sum will be the password to open your
certification document below in this page. The document, also, has
some pages with information about the final location and that info
was in the container, which disappeared.
Then, email me the first sentence of the last paragraph in the
document (MS Word 97 compatible. If you can't open
the doc. or haven't MS Word installed, email me the number, that
you've just calculated.).
After that, you can log this
cache as a find.
