Manzanita Grove Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

SKWERL: Sadly, two components of the cache appear to have gone missing, so there are either some obnoxious muggles or a very diligent maintenance person who comes through. I hope that folks have enjoyed this cache in the past. It was three stages with a "red herring" stage in the middle. This is a nice location, particularly because it is a bit out of the way.... Goodbye Manzanita Cemetery!

Geocache Description:

A quiet, out of the way place to explore while seeking this cache.

An item at this location tells a bit about the history of this area. It has been used for several purposes over the past 150 years.

To find the next stage you will need to modify the coordinates of the initial stage slightly.

To calculate latitude (N):
Count every line on the plaque (including the stars).
ADD that number to the number of stars on the plaque.
ADD that total to the last portion of the initial latitude.

To calculate longitude (W):
Find the Parlor number of the group that placed the plaque.
SUBTRACT that number from the last portion of the initial longitude.

Please be respectful of the site or any sites of this nature!!! You do not need to trample around or cross private areas to find this cache. If you have to do any of those things, you are doing something wrong!

The final stage is a small Rubbermaid container with a variety of trade items!
