Located off Liberty Parkway near the Statue of Liberty and the Boy Scouts Building.

The cache is now a mini-micro that contains only a small logsheet so please use initials or write fairly small.
Please be sure to screw the container back together tightly so it doesn't leak or come apart.
Try to do this without the hint as the hint will probably make it pretty easy.
