Located in the City of St. Louis Park's Fern Hill Park. Your looking for a Metal Ammo can. Contains a log book and pencil. There is a small incline down to the cache location.
This is a park and grab. For winter caching, your going to need your boots, as there is no path to the cache location. For some added fun, bring your sled! 
Parking available on the street at N44°57.121 W093°20.205. Happy Caching!
