IronHorseReviewer: [Greetings from Geocaching.com

It looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from hiding new geocaches around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Therefore we are archiving this cache so that someone else can place a cache in the area and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. If you haven't done so already, please pick up any remaining cache pieces as soon as possible.

If you are in the process of replacing or repairing your cache please e-mail me in response to this archival, and I will assist you in getting your cache re-listed if possible.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and look forward to seeing your caches up and running in the future.

Geocache Description:

A traditional BITW (Box In The Woods) on the way to Grandma's house.

On the way to Grandma's house in Wilmore, the Thomson-Hood Veterans' Center is on the left coming over the last few hills. Drive up to the center, stop in and say thanks to a few veterans. Veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and a variety of other military engagements live here.

The cache is a ammo can, in the woods on the grounds of the center.

Note 1: You will want to wear jeans, long sleeve shirts, and gloves. Depending on how you approach the cache, you may encounter some nasty thorns (hence the terrain rating). And, on a related note, if you happen to find an approach without thorns, please be sure to let me know. ;-) Those red spots on the box are not berry juice.

Note 2: Why is the box that color? Well, I intended to put it somewhere else, but when I got there, it turned out that I could not put it there, so I had to go for the second place I had chosen. I didn't have a more appropriately-colored box with me. I plan to get something better and swap it out soon. Meanwhile, I don't think anyone is going to stumble across it accidentally.
