The railroad is within visible distance. Mountain bikes are fun, but not required. Don't cut through yards; start at Harmony, Keenland dr., or Trilby and follow the path.
The cache is a metal box (previously used at Kodak) with a "button" to press to open it. The original contents of the cache, in a ziploc bag, are a tennis ball, an "Eagles" hockey team trading card set, a rusty screw, and toy handcuffs. The first geocacher to find it can take the "1st to find" card in the sleeve on the exterior of the box. Also, you should never need to cross the railroad, or get close to it at all. Make sure to sign the log, which is inside the ziploc bag as well!
Try to put the cache back so that it's more hidden than how you found it. You'll understand once you get there.
