Park in the Temescal Gateway Park, off Sunset, take the trailhead east toward Will Rodgers Park. The trail will take you up from the start.
At N 34 03.555 W 118 .31.472 take the faint trail to the left.
At N 34 03.623 W 118 31.465 take the trail to the right.
There is a well worn trail all the way to the cache, just keep following the trail up to the highest point. The cache will only be thirty feet from the summit log.
This is a hiking only trail, so no need to worry about MTB's screaming by. The trail becomes very steep in spots, but nothing too difficult for a seasoned geocacher.
At the summit there is a log book in a tupperware container.
You might think this is the cache, because of the geoswag I left within, but don't be fooled, this is not the cache.
This is a place I have hiked to many times before with Greyback. It will not be easy to get to, but the view will be well worth the hike. Enjoy!
Thanks to B-NIC, for the cammo job, (see photo)
